Pirates Love Underpants!

Another project I worked on over the 2020 lockdown was this 24-minute animated special for Tiger Aspect and Sky Kids. It came out for Christmas 2020 and features the voices of Omid Djalili, Blake Harrison and Tameka Empson among others.

The dastardly pirate crew set out to find the fabled Pants of Gold and complete their collection of underpants-themed treasure. All kinds of hilarity ensues and five new songs make the time whiz by.

This was the third ‘underpants-based’ project I’ve worked on with Tom Beattie (exec), Olly Brown (producer) and Steve Edge (director), after the Bafta-nominated ‘Aliens Love Underpants…’ song-based series, and the ‘Panta Claus’ special film for Christmas 2018 (which was nominated for Best Original Music at the British Animation Awards).
