2011 and all that…
Hello people,
2010 was a busy year for me, writing music for Richard Hammond’s Invisible Worlds, The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That, The Taking of Prince Harry & Me and My Monsters in addition to some other projects like One of a Kind. 2011 is looking to be a busy one too…
I recently finished working on the BBC series, Inside the Human Body. I have another exciting BBC science series lined up for later in the year which won’t be broadcast until 2012. In the meantime I have been busy writing the score and title music for a new 52-episode animated series for Hit Entertainment, Mike the Knight. This will be launched this Autumn on CBeebies and internationally. Also, following the success of the The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That which is (last time I checked) the number one pre-school show in America and Canada, I am going to be working on a second series of this show as well as a longer Christmas Special episode.
Most days you can watch something which has a bit of my music on… Me and My Monsters is sometimes repeated on BBC Two or CBBC, while Tommy Zoom and Charlie & Lola are still shown most days on the CBeebies channel. Some episodes are also generally available to watch on the BBC iPlayer.
