KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS


you can call me a geek, call me a nerd
but i’m learning the keyboard shortcuts for microsoft word™

when you press control
along with the following keys
a brave new world of functions
will make editing in word a breeze
c is for copy v is for paste
x is for cut h is find and replace
m and t are for indentation
l r j and e for justification
with control you can do what you want
[square brackets change the size of the font]
more useful than hamlet or richard iii is
learning the keyboard shortcuts for microsoft word™

if you can retain
these keystrokes in your brain
you’ll find you’ll never need to use
that ugly mouse again
control b is for bold control i for italic
control u for underline
control f6 toggles between many documents
open at the same time
control and return will make a page break
press control z to undo a mistake
it may sound dull but don’t be deterred from
